Broken Arrow police say they have made contract with the driver of the truck believed to have been involved in the collision that killed a 12-year-old boy last week.
An officer received information on a vehicle which matched the description from the latest media release.
The officer made contact with the owner of the suspected truck from the video and still pictures and police are reasonably certain it is the vehicle involved.
“No charges are anticipated to be filed in this tragic incident, however it is still an ongoing active investigation,” said Broken Arrow police spokesman Christopher Walker.
“We want to thank our local media outlets and our citizens who provided tips and information in this incident.”
