‘All Things Pre-K’ Parent Forum
Pre-kindergarten is an exciting time for children, and Broken Arrow Public Schools is making the transition easier for parents by providing an in-person forum “All Things Pre-K” at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 20 at the Education Service Center/Performing Arts Center located at 701 S. Main. (Download flier – English | Spanish)
The event will focus on enrollment details, curriculum and daily schedules. The Pre-K principals and other department staff (enrollment, B&A Connections, Indian Ed and Special Services) will also be available to answer questions.
The district is proud to have four Early Childhood Centers (Arrow Springs, Aspen Creek, Creekwood and Park Lane) and multiple Pre-K classrooms at various elementary schools (Arrowhead, Liberty, Lynn Wood, Rhoades and Wolf Creek) that give students a place to embark upon new adventures in a classroom environment. As the Pre-K program continues to grow, more solo sites may be added. Pre-K students can also enroll in our Virtual Academy.
All children who turn four years old by Sept. 1 are eligible for enrollment as a 2024-25 Pre-K student. Enrollment begins March 4. (Download FAQs flier)
Childcare for ages 3 to grade 5 is available for $5/child and will be provided by Broken Arrow High School student council and leadership students. Drop off begins at 5:40 p.m. All proceeds support BAHS’ Make-A-Wish Foundation project. Register/pay online.
