DESCRIPTION:A sound bath is a guided relaxation experience using live music — primarily singing bowls and other instruments — to help participants unwind and decompress. You don’t do anything except get comfortable and listen. Most people find it deeply restful. This 90-minute session\, hosted by Sana Meditation\, will begin with a brief introduction before moving into the sound bath itself. The session closes with quiet time for personal reflection and journaling. \nNo prior experience is necessary. This is a beginner-friendly event open to anyone looking for a calming and relaxing evening out. Bring a yoga mat\, pillow and blanket to be comfortable lying on the floor. Need a chair?
