The above-named Plaintiff is seeking to vacate and foreclose the right of the public and the above-named Defendant to reopen or ask for a reopening of the following described waterline easement, which closure was approved by the City of Broken Arrow.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that said hearing is now at 11:00 o’clock A.M., on the 25th day of July, 2025, in Room 631 of the Tulsa County Courthouse at 500 South Denver Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma, at which time and place all interested persons may appear and contest such Petition and Application, provided however, that such persons have filed a verified answer showing grounds therefor at least five (5) days before the hearing date.
