The Broken Arrow Chamber will host its annual State of the City luncheon on Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2021.
This year’s event will be held from 11:15 a.m to 1:15 p.m. at the Central on Main Ballroom at the Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce.
Broken Arrow City Manager Michael Spurgeon will speak about progress with various projects and initiatives in the city this year and the vision for the new year.
Among the topics Spurgeon will discuss include:
• Completed, current, and future construction projects
• Economic development
• Community development
• Upcoming bond projects
• Beautification initiatives
• Public safety administration
“The top priority for the City Council and myself is to continuously improve the quality of life in Broken Arrow. We will accomplish this by implementing sound public policies and providing a safe community with modern and well-maintained public infrastructure,” Spurgeon said.
“All of these efforts will result in our city continuing to be a great place to live, work, and play. During my address, I look forward to discussing how city officials have worked alongside our community partners to raise our ceiling by identifying opportunities for growth that are imperative for a city to thrive and prosper.”
