Authorities are investigating human bones that were found this past weekend in Broken Arrow.
In social media posts a resident said the bones were found in a dried up creek bed near East 131st Street South, near Olive Avenue, which prompted a Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office investigation.
Deputies said the Medical Examiner’s Office is working to identify the remains and possible cause of death before commenting further.
