The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said an 18-year-old Bristol woman was killed during a two-vehicle collision in Creek County.
The accident happened July 6 at 4:18 p.m. at W. 251st St. South and S. 417th West Ave., approximately 2 miles south and 4 miles west of Bristow.
Abreanna Proberts was a passenger in a 2021 Chevy Tahoe driven by 19-year-old Thomas Grammar of Bristow.
Grammar was transported by Creek County EMS to St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, where he was treated and released. But Proberts was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics. Another 16-year-old juvenile male passenger was admitted at St. Francis in critical condition at the time with internal and external injuries.

The second vehicle, a 2021 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van, was driven by 34-year-old Jacob Brigance of Broken Arrow. He was taken by Creek County EMS to St Francis Hospital, where he was teated and released.
OHP is still investigating the what happened to cause the accident.
Proberts was born February 17, 2004, to Timothy Proberts and Shannon Livezey in Cushing, Oklahoma.
She was a student at Bristow High School looking forward to her senior year. She was selected as a representative of Life Transition Skills in the 2021 homecoming court and was escorted by her best friend, Jayden Melton. Abreanna was also accepted to attend Central Area Vo-Tech for the 2022 year, where she was going to study cosmetology.
She enjoyed hanging out with her friends and family, as well as swimming, doing crafts and listening to music, especially Selena. She also loved flamingos. Abreanna had a smile that was contagious and was loved by all who knew her.
She is survived by her parents, Timothy Proberts and wife Rebecca Young; mother, Shannon Livezey; siblings, Zackary Proberts, Colin Young, Adam Mattheyer, and John Mattheyer; Maternal grandparents, George and Teresa Livezey and paternal grandmother, Judith Spuehler; Great grandfather, George Livezey Sr. She was preceded in death by her great grandparents, Charles and Florence Vinson and great grandmother, Virginia Livezey as well as her uncle Jon Proberts.
