The Broken Arrow Police Department is hosting the 16th Annual Back to School Bash. The event aims to help families get ready for the start of school with hundreds of free backpacks and school supplies.
When: Saturday, Aug. 6, 9 a.m. to noon
Where: The Assembly, 3500 W. New Orleans St., Broken Arrow, OK
The following will be offered during the event, free of charge:
•Backpacks and school supplies
•Haircuts by Clary Sage College
•Immunizations by The Caring Van (bring your shot records)
•Vision Screening by the Lions Club Mobile Unit
•CHILD ID program which includes DNA, video, fingerprints
•Blue Bell Ice Cream
•Popcorn from the Shriner’s
•Student resources
•Food coupons
•Broken Arrow fire truck and ambulance
•And much more!
Plus, Broken Arrow Police Department school resource officers will be in attendance to share tips on pedestrian & school safety.
