RCB Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Ray Simmons to Chief Financial Officer in July 2025.
Simmons, who previously served as Controller, has a strong background in accounting, finance and leadership. He joined RCB Bank in 2011, bringing experience from both public accounting and the Air Force.
He holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma and is a Certified Public Accountant (non-practicing).
“I am extremely fortunate to work with such a talented and dedicated group. Their hard work and willingness to adapt to meet challenges head on have been instrumental to our (RCB Bank’s) success,” Simmons says. He credits the bank’s “leadership and customer-focused culture” as key reasons for his long-term commitment to RCB Bank.
Outside the office, Ray enjoys spending time with his wife Lynsey and their three children, as well as playing golf.
Looking ahead, Simmons says he is excited to continue learning and contributing to RCB Bank’s success.
Austin Willet will be filling Ray’s previous role as Controller of the Bank.
