Regent Bank looks to anchor its presence in Broken Arrow with the announcement it plans to build a new location in the city as part of a mixed-use development on the city’s north side.
Bank officials will break ground Monday on a 32,000-square-foot “state-of-the-art” office building west of North Elm Place and north of the Broken Arrow Expressway. Signs have been visible on Elm Place for months about the building itself.
Scheduled for completion within 12-14 months, Regent Bank will occupy 6,700 square feet of the space, with the remaining space expected to host a variety of business tenants, including a restaurant and an outdoor patio area designed for community engagement and events.
The expansion “reflects Regent Bank’s ongoing growth and dedication to serving its clients with cutting-edge banking solutions coupled with personalized service,” the business said in a statement.
Founded in 1898 and part of the Regent Capital Corp. family for the past 14 years, Regent Bank has expanded its footprint across Oklahoma and Missouri, with locations in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Broken Arrow, Edmond, Nowata, Springfield, Mo. and a loan production office in Frisco, Texas.
