The WagonerCounty Economic Development Authority (WCEDA) announced ed it has has donated approximately 20 acres of land to Indian Capital Technology Center (ICTC) at ICTC’s new Coweta campus.
The Authority is dedicated to promoting economic growth and development in Wagoner County. By working closely with businesses, educational institutions, and local government, WCEDA strives to create a thriving community with opportunities for all residents.
The WagonerCounty campus in Coweta provides office space for Wagoner County’s economic development staff to further exemplify the link between education and training and business development in the county.

“The donation of this property to Indian Capital Technology Center is a strategic investment in our community’s future. By providing space for advanced education and workforce training, we’re not only fostering economic growth but also empowering our residents with the skills they need to succeed in today’s competitive job market. This partnership reflects our commitment to building a stronger, more prosperous Wagoner County,” said Chairman Chris Leffingwell.

Wagoner County Commissioner Chairman Tim Kelley serves on the WCEDA. “The countypartnered with ICTC several years ago instigating the opening of the campus in Coweta,” said Kelley. “We believe this partnership and greater investment in ICTC will benefit our county for generations to come.”
ICTC Superintendent Tony Pivec said ICTC is “incredibly grateful” to WCEDA for the investment because it will, “allow growth at the location in the future for our students and the communities we serve in Wagoner County.
“With this land, ICTC has committed to expand our educational facilities and create new spaces that inspire learning and innovation. In fact, we will begin the design phase for such this month with the goal of having two new programs on the campus next fall.“
