The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics said one man was arrested and a search is under way for a second person in connection with human trafficking investigation in Oklahoma County.
The arrest stems an anonymous tip to OBN alleging sex trafficking occurring at a residential location (brothel) in northwest Oklahoma City.
OBN’s Human Trafficking Unit determined that between October 2022 and February 2023 approximately a dozen women were trafficked at the brothel.
Feng Jiang and Jian Lin were identified by agents as the brothel’s operators. OBN said evidence shows many of the clients of the brothel were managers and administrators of commercial Oklahoma marijuana farms.
Five search warrants were executed at locations within Oklahoma County In February, including Jiang and Lin’s homes and the brothel. Investigators said they further determined that Jiang continued to traffic prostituted women in Oklahoma while residing in New York as recently as October 2023.
In September, the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office Multi-County Grand Jury unit indicted Jiang and Lin on two counts each of human trafficking. Jiang was taken into custody Tuesday on an Oklahoma warrant from the New York State Attorney General’s Office and the New York City Police Department. Lin is still a fugitive from multiple Oklahoma warrants.
“I am extremely proud of the men and women of our agency’s Human Trafficking Unit for working tirelessly over the past year to identify these traffickers and secure these indictments,” said OBN Director Donnie Anderson. “Human trafficking is a nefarious crime that preys on the vulnerable, and my agency is committed to aggressively fighting to protect our citizens from the evil perpetrated by these criminals.”

Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond said human trafficking is “far too prevalent” in Oklahoma and law enforcement has stepped up its efforts to “stamp out this horrific criminal activity.
“I commend the exemplary work of OBN agents in this case, and I am pleased that the Multi-County Grand Jury indictments bring us a step closer to a safer community. Feng Jiang is thankfully in custody, and I am optimistic that his alleged accomplice, Jian Lin, will be captured shortly.”
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of JIAN LIN is asked to call the OBN Human Trafficking Tip-Line at (855) 617-2288. He is a 32-year old Asian male (DOB 5/9/1992), 5’11’’, 150 pounds.
