Broken Arrow police are investigating an incident at a Sonic restaurant they led to one person being stabbed.
The incident happened in the 4000 block of W. Houston Street.
Detectives determined a fight broke out between two groups: three men, and another man and woman.
During the fight, one of the three men was stabbed. Another male from the group retrieved a gun from their vehicle and fired several shots at the man wielding the knife. No one was injured in the shooting.
Police said it was not a random incident and all parties knew each other. Several of the suspects immediately fled from the scene.
Officers have not made any arrests. The stabbing victim is at a local hospital undergoing surgery
