Broken Arrow police say one person has been arrested and another is in critical condition after a road rage incident on the Broken Arrow Expressway Sunday
Police responded to a report of the incident around 12:32 p.m. in the area of State Highway 51 and Aspen Avenue . When officers arrived, they discovered two motorists had stopped on the highway and got into a confrontation.
During the confrontation, one of the parties involved brandished a firearm and used his vehicle to run over the other involved party.
The suspect then left the scene, but was later located by officers and arrested.
The victim was transported by Broken Arrow Fire Department EMS to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
This is an active investigation, more information will be released as it is available, said Broken Arrow Police Department PIO Christopher Walker.
