CREOKS Health Services, a non-profit organization providing comprehensive health, wellness and social services, will hold a groundbreaking next week on a new location in Broken Arrow.
CREOKS says it’s building a new “state of the art” mental health facility at 2500 E. Hillside Dr. to house a crisis stabilization clinic for both children and adults. The $4.5 million project will be located 2500 E. Hillside Drive and will employ 130 professionals.
“This number is expected to grow as the facility expands its services and reaches more individuals in need,” CREOKS says.
The clinic will offer a range of programs designed to address various mental health challenges, a family medical practice and a full-service pharmacy ensuring accessible and effective treatment options for residents of Broken Arrow and the surrounding areas.
“We are thankful CREOKS Health Services chose Broken Arrow to build such a vital need for those in our community and surrounding areas,” says Amber Miller, Vice President of Economic Development for the Broken Arrow Economic Development Corp. “An investment of this size will not only help grow the healthcare workforce in Broken Arrow but will provide quality services and resources to promote the overall well-being of our residents.”
Construction of the new facility is slated to begin this summer, with an expected completion date in 10-12 months.
