The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation Internet Crimes Against Children Unit (ICAC) conducted an investigation regarding possible child sexual abuse material discovered on an online network.

During the investigation, OSBI ICAC special agents discovered inappropriate images related to child sexual abuse material.
The internet user was identified as 35-year-old Zackary Charles Warden, who resides in Broken Arrow.
On April 9 the OSBI ICAC Task Force and Broken Arrow Police Department conducted a search warrant at Warden’s residence. During the search, several items of child sexual abuse material was confiscated from the home.
Warden was arrested and booked into the Tulsa County Jail on charges of distribution of child sexual abuse material, aggravated possession of child sexual abuse material, and violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act. This is an ongoing investigation.
The OSBI appreciates the Broken Arrow Police Departmen and Payne County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Unit for their assistance with this case and keeping Oklahoma’s youth safe.

I think that anyone who is sick enough to have that and do that to a child should be locked up and never let out and that it is sick and that he gets what he deserves and kidnapping it could be stopped if schools and parents try harder to inform kids about stranger danger and to not talk to strangers and stay away from strangers that offer them candy and if schools would watch the kids closer and have a trust worthy adults to watch the kids.
