The Broken Arrow Fire Department was on the scene of a grass fire Saturday on Tiger Hill in north Broken Arrow.
Firefighters were dispatched to the landmark hill at Lynn Lane Road and Kenosha Street just after 6 p.m. for the fire, which sent heavy gray smoke over the intersection.
The department sent three brush trucks and other vehicles and personnel to put out the blaze. There are communications towers and other infrastructure at the top of the hill but there is no indication it was damaged.
Firefighters closed the scene at 9:21 p.m.
