A Broken Arrow man has been indicted in federal court on gun and drug charged”s, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said.
Christopher Scott Royce, 42, was charged with possessing firearms and ammunition as a felon, drug conspiracy and maintaining a drug house.
Investigators said Royce was in possession of a Marlin 30/30 caliber lever-action rifle; a Mauser bolt-action rifle; an Iver Johnson .22 caliber bolt-action rifle; a Ruger .22 caliber revolver; a Ruger .380 caliber semi-automatic pistol; and a
Taurus .22 caliber pistol and 22 rounds of ammunition.
He was further charged with conspiring to possess with intent to distribute fentanyl.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Broken Arrow Police Department are the investigative agencies.
