Broken Arrow police, FBI still working Paige Moore case

The Broken Arrow Police Department said it’s still investigating the case of Paige Moore, a Broken Arrow girl who went missing 14 years ago today.

Detectives said they are actively following leads alongside the FBI, having interviewed more than 100 people and multiple locations searched. As her family continues to seek answers, BAPD said it’s pursing all leads and committed to solving the case.

The 17-year-old Moore left her home for summer school in the 1100 block of North Ironwood Avenue in Broken Arrow on July 10, 2012 but did not arrive for class and wasn’t seen again. Authorities have said Moore did take some of her personal belongings, including her cell phone.

Last year, Broken Arrow police classified her case as a homicide after interviewing dozens of people in the case.

“Someone knows what happened to Paige. Fourteen years later, we’re asking anyone with information to come forward so her family can finally receive the answers they’ve been waiting for,” BAPD said in a Facebook post.

Authorities said they are still seeking a 2002 Green Chevrolet Tracker with the license plate 931KSW, and a Ruger P89 9mm pistol — serial number 312-50111 — that was stolen in July 2012.

Police said the Tracker was driven by Arthur Carlson in 2012 and was later sold in 2015 to an uninvolved individual, Eduardo Rodriguez-Alvarez. Before his passing, Rodriguez-Alvarez assisted detectives and stated he had given the vehicle to a man named Ramon for repairs somewhere in the Tulsa area.

“Detectives are asking anyone with information about the vehicle or its whereabouts to come forward,” BAPD said in a Facebook post. “Even if you don’t think what you know is significant, your information could make all the difference.”
