As you may have guessed, the big change in leadership at Broken Arrow Public Schools dominated the news in December. Supt. Janet Vinson announced she was retiring, and her successor is Associate Supt. of Student Services Chuck Perry.
In a message shared with teaches, staff, parents and students, Perry thanked school officials for entrusting him to the new position.
“This journey will not be about me, but it will be about a team continuing to meet the needs of our students in an ever-changing world,” Perry said. “As a lifelong Broken Arrow citizen and graduate, I am a product of this district and am proud to serve you as we move into the next chapter.”
