The Tulsa Police Department arrested a suspect who shot 4 people Wednesday night in the city’s Midtown neighborhood, killing 1 person.
Billy Bills, 25, was taken into custody Thursday at around 3:40 p.m. Tulsa police said. He will likely be charged with 1 count of murder and 3 counts of shooting with intent to kill, along with other felonies.
Homicide detectives said Bills shot 4 men outside of a home near 27th and Harvard around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.
One of the victims, Mykai Daniels, died at the hospital. The other three victims were taken to the hospital, and one of them may be paralyzed from the shooting.
