Tulsa police said they are still investigating and looking for leads after a brazen gun battle between two vehicles happened on 71st Street in South Tulsa.
A call about multiple shots being fired on 71st Street, just west of Mingo Road, came in Sunday around 8:15 p.m.
Witnesses said four males exited a black Chevrolet Camaro and were shooting at a burgundy Chevrolet Silverado pickup. The Camaro had previously been reported stolen.
More than 20 shell casings of multiple calibers were found on the scene. The Camaro was also left behind and had damage from where multiple rounds that hit the hood, front bumper and windshield, police said.
Miraculously, it appears nobody was struck by the gunfire, police added. At one point, witnesses said, one of the men shooting was on the hood of the Camaro while the car was moving and was thrown from the car during a sharp left turn.
Detectives are reviewing surveillance video to develop leads as they investigate to find those involved.
