Broken Arrow police have arrested a suspect in a deadly shooting that took place Sunday.
The victim of the homicide at 104 W. Waco Pl. has been identified as Paul Stephen Bernius IV, a 46 year-old male.
Broken Arrow Police Department detectives received information leading to an arrest warrant for Cody William O’Bryan, a 21-year-old male.
O’Bryan was located and arrested by the Broken Arrow Police Special Operations Team and U.S. Marshals District 27 Task Force at a residence in Jenks.
The investigation is still active and ongoing.
Police responded to the reported shooting Sunday and discovered Bernius deceased with several gunshot wounds.
