A new street project for Sentinel Industrial Park on Iola Street., from 15th Street to 16th Street, will begin Saturday, Dec. 18 and will continue through the week of Jan. 17, 2022.
The contractor is starting the project this Saturday so that most of the work can be completed when school is out of session according to City of Broken Arrow Construction Manager Timothy Robins.
This project will consist of removal and replacement of approximately 2,200 square yards of concrete pavement panel streets within the Sentinel Industrial Park near the Broken Arrow School bus barn.
During construction, there will be demolition of select existing curb, gutter, and driveway entrances along with work within the streets. Disruptions of traffic flow and parking should be expected.
NOTICE: Please do not park in the street for the next month. You should also expect lane shifts throughout the work zone during construction. The City will be working with the contractor to complete the project with minimum inconvenience to you.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during this project. Cherokee Pride Construction is the contractor in charge of the project. For questions or concerns, call Harlan Yocham Jr. at 918-706-1630or Timothy Hopkins at 539-900-2800.
