The National Weather Service in Tulsa has extended its Winter Storm Watch through 3 a.m. Friday, as another round of show is forecast today.
Roughly 6 inches of snow has fallen in Broken Arrow courtesy of Winter Storm Landon.
Snow will temporarily diminish this morning before increasing again later this afternoon into tonight. Additional snow accumulations of up to 4 inches will be possible in some places, with 2-3 inches predicted in Tulsa County and surrounding counties.
Moderate to occasionally heavy snow is predicted for this afternoon, evening and overnight.
Dangerous wind chill values will also redevelop with values of 5 to -5 degrees F likely.
