Air Hygiene International, Inc. is eager to cut the ribbon to their next 25 years on Tuesday, March 1st at 11:00am.
Air Hygiene, headquartered in Broken Arrow, was established to provide emissions testing services for combustion turbines and engines. In 1997, they expanded their client base to include the power industry; testing natural gas-fired combustion turbine generators.
Brothers Quinn A. Bierman and R. Swanson Bierman founded Air Hygiene in a 400 square foot bedroom and garage and built the company on values that were established growing up in rural western Oklahoma on their family farm.
“When we were looking for land to build our headquarters, we were lucky to find the space in Broken Arrow,” said Swanson Bierman, vice president of Air Hygiene International. “We needed large-city amenities to facilitate growth in our business, but wanted to stay true to our upbringing of small-town life. Broken Arrow had exactly what we were looking for.”
In 25 years, Air Hygiene has added over 70 employees, 40 mobile testing laboratories, 50 isokinetic testing trains, expanded to eight additional regional offices and serves clients internationally. This lead to millions in additional earnings for Broken Arrow and creation numerous jobs.

The anniversary ceremony will be held Tuesday, March 2, 2022 at 11 a.m. at 1600 W. Tacoma St. in Broken Arrow.
