The Tulsa Police Department is searching for a suspect in a stabbing that happened Oct. 30.
Officers were called to a parking lot near 71st Street and Memorial Drive and a witness said they observed a white SUV pull into the parking lot. A man then ran toward the witness covered in blood and asking for help.
The victim told officers that he met the suspect on a dating app called “Grindr” and then met the suspect at the location.
The victim said the suspect arrived on a bicycle and they sat in the backseat of the victim’s car. Once in the backseat, the victim said the suspect started stabbing him.
The victim had stab wounds to his face, neck and chest. He was taken to the hospital and into surgery.
The suspect was described as a white male, around 5-foot-6 in height, with a thin build and wearing a plaid shirt and orange/yellow stocking cap.
